To promote special interest tourism, develop urban tourism products, and introduce new services to attract travelers, the Steppe Wind International Moto Festival was first organized in 2015 in Ulaanbaatar by the Ulaanbaatar Tourism Department in collaboration with the Mongolian Chopper Brothers NGO.
